Job Description

• Advise on key decisions relating to the day-to-day activities for the PL Re-Supply Ocean Freight department.
• Ensure that job file management, billing, invoicing, costing and reporting is carried out in accordance with requirements.
• Oversee locally the development of new PL Re-Supply Ocean Freight business, including the commercial policy and future strategic business direction.
• Ensure that financial management, billing and invoicing, and reporting for freight is carried out in accordance with requirements. Also, to ensure that all costs are booked properly.
• Reporting for the Ocean Freight Export department is carried out in accordance with requirements.
• Ensure that all freight personnel is trained on the information systems and that they are using them correctly to support the needs of the business.
• Handle tender and pricing requests from Network, Agents and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirement

• Competent in basic computer skills and applications.
• Competency and experience working in ERP Systems (Cargo Wise)
• Good interpersonal and cognitive abilities.
