Job Description - Logistics Executive
Responsibilities
- Support daily LCL warehouse operations, including cargo consolidation activities
- Coordinate with warehouse operators, freight forwarders, and consolidators on cargo movement, scheduling, and space utilisation
- Monitor operational performance such as cargo turnaround time, handling accuracy, and warehouse productivity
- Assist in resolving operational issues related to cargo discrepancies, delays, damages, or documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, operational standards, and regulatory requirements within LCL operations
- Support process improvement and digitalisation initiatives to enhance LCL warehouse efficiency and visibility
- Prepare operational reports, performance updates, and basic data analysis for management review
- Support cross\-functional collaboration with operations, planning, commercial, and ecosystem partner teams
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline
- Up to 3 years of experience in LCL warehouse operations, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain roles
- Basic understanding of LCL cargo flows and warehouse processes
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem\-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast\-paced operational environment
