Logistics Executive

Job Description

• Order Fulfillment & Export: Process and coordinate orders for both local clients (internal/external) and international customers.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main liaison between the Central Kitchen, freight forwarders, overseas clients, and other internal departments.

• Hands-on Warehousing: Physically pack FMCG items and export orders; maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store.

• Inventory Management: Handle inventory tracking and participate in monthly stock-taking.

• Departmental Admin: Assist the Logistics Manager with administrative tasks, including managing schedules, team leaves, and cash cards.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, 'A' Level, or Diploma.

• 1 year of relevant logistics/supply chain experience is preferred (fresh but motivated candidates may be considered).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
