Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the generation of recurring revenue streams, ensuring meticulous documentation of activities and prompt billing to customers.
• Oversee stakeholders to track the completion of requirements and activities. 
• Actively participate in fostering a value-based culture and a sense of accountability within the organization. 
• Evaluate risks associated with various process change approaches.
• Implement and regularly assess business process improvement solutions, with a focus on pandemic operations, ensuring a seamless transition from standard work processes to surge operations through collaboration with the warehouse operations team. 
• Stay abreast of the latest technology trends for potential application in the logistics business. 
• Strategically plan key activities and milestones in technology projects, offering documentation support to project management. 
• Effectively manage customer accounts by following established workflows with stakeholders and continually review processes for ongoing improvement.
