Logistics Executive (Commercial Prints Distributor)

The Opportunity:

• Work location: Tai Seng
• Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Adecco has teamed up with a top-tier provider in the professional distribution of commercial prints. We are seeking a Logistics Executive responsible for procurement, overseeing incoming shipments and monitoring all third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless daily operations.

The Job:

• In-charge of coordinating and monitoring third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure smooth warehouse operations, including logistics arrangements, and stock management.
• Compile weekly and monthly stock reports, including inventory status, replenishment needs, and aging analysis.
• Conduct monthly stock reconciliation with 3PL providers.
• Generate purchase orders to supplier for replenishment of stocks.
• Review and validate order confirmations and sales contracts from suppliers.
• Monitor shipment schedules and documentation, maintaining records in the order status report and system.
• Process goods in transit upon receipt of shipping documents and manage stock-in and landed costs upon arrival at the 3PL warehouse.
• Submit claims to suppliers for damaged goods, discrepancies, or quality issues.
• Handle ad-hoc procurement and stock checks between inter-company entities, arranging purchases as necessary.
• Coordinate the requisition and retrieval of warehouse samples.
• Facilitate stock transfers within the system and the 3PL warehouse as required.

The Talent:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in warehousing and logistics coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table & VLOOKUP) to perform report reconciliation
