Logistics Executive (Computer Science), Gaming Industry - Get Hired Fast

• S$2,800 and higher + Bonus + Transport Allowance

The client is well known for developing prominent trading card games and smartphone applications around the world. Presently, they seek qualified candidates to fill the position of a Logistics Executive who has working experience in a logistics customer service role and is proficient in MS Office software and courier ship manager platform. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage 3PL providers and assist with implementation of logistics processes, monitor their performances and ensure maintenance of their service level commitments and costs
• Work hand in hand with sales team to plan delivery schedule for new product releases and restock requests in accordance to internal shipping guidelines
• Handle full range of export functions of company’s products to different stakeholders across our network of distributors
• Manage the import procedure for finished goods from country of origin to local warehouse
• Ensure inventory accuracy for both local and overseas warehouses and conduct periodic cycle count and disposal
• Liaise with 3rd party logistics providers to obtain shipping quotes and compare costing for raw materials import shipment
• Work closely with Events Team to ship promotional materials timely and accurately
• Prepare product availability report and send out to stakeholders fortnightly
• Drive continuous improvement for internal processes and optimize logistics costs
• Coordinate with local warehouse to arrange products for pick and pack
• Verify 3rd party logistics providers’ billing invoices
• Pick, pack and arrange courier shipments
• Support in internal and external audits
   

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a logistics customer service role or equivalent is required. 
• At least a Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or any relevant field of study. 
• Proficient in MS Office software and courier ship manager platform. 
• Experience in import and export procedures in terms of Air & Sea freight and in Incoterms 2020 and Harmonized Code classification.
• Working on some weekends/public holidays for Company events is expected. 
• Driving License Class 3/3A is preferred.
• Open to work in a warehouse when required.

• Location : Near to City Hall / Bugis / Bras Basah MRT station
• Working Days/Hours : 5 days /office hours (depending on company opening hours & closing hours)
• Salary : S$2,800 and higher + Bonus + Transport Allowance (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
