Logistics Executive (Marine, Import/Export) - Urgent Hiring

The Opportunity:

Our client is a leading Korean multinational corporation, specializing in the providing maintenance, repair and technical support within the marine industry. We are currently seeking a Logistics Executive to be responsible for inbound and outbound logistics operations, warehouse management, transportation and customer service.

• Basic up to $4,000 + AWS

The Job:

• Overseeing the direct import/export operations - transportation, warehouse operations, logistics quality management.
• Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
• Inventory management for inbound/outbound - stock movements, shipment processes.
• Preparation and issuance of invoices to customers
• Monthly stock-count.
• Be the liaison person between local, head office, and warehouses in other countries to fulfil logistics operations.

The Talent:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics Management/Purchasing/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Min. 1-2 years of Warehouse/Logistics operations experience.
• Proficiency in advance Microsoft Excel (PivotTable, Vlookup etc.)
• Able to handle phone calls/enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
