Job Description:

• Report to Managing Director and lead a large team of warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Coordinate closely with customer service and IT departments for seamless integrated operations.
• Be part of a strategic digital team to plan and deploy IOTs regularly.
• Continuous improvement of space and personnel productivity through effective leadership and training.
• Manage regular staff meetings with supervisors and ground staff as part of communications matrix.
• Identify opportunities, propose and implement process improvements and workflow optimizations.
• Establish and monitor warehouse security procedures and protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent leadership qualities, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant fields with at least 5 years of logistics experience.
• Keen eye for detail, and appreciation for overall strategic picture.
• Ability to swiftly identify root causes and focus on solving root issues.
• Deep understanding of personal and staff capabilities, and ability to strengthen weaker areas through collaboration with management.
• Comfortable with technology and digital devices.
