Logistic Officer

• Work Location: Changi Naval Base, Project Office at Geylang area
• Working days: 5.5 days 8am to 5pm, Alt Sat Full Day
• Salary: $2500 to $3500 (depends on experience)

Requirements

Candidates possess at least a Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Construction management/ Transportations or equivalent.

At least 2 years of fleet management or transportation management experiences, preferably from construction/civil engineering industry.

Job scope

Tracking and submission of documentation related to material movement (P.O / D.O).

Update reports on inventory and highlight any discrepancies.

Verify purchases and storage of inventory.

Facilitate enquiries with regards to office, equipment and inventory.

Allocate and direct manpower according to fleet schedule.

Submission and approval of personnel for clearance matters.

Generation and verification of temporary passes.

Ensure timely and accurate submissions of various documents.

Any other ad-hoc tasks as instructed by Logistics Manager.
