Logistics Officer/Coordinator (Basic up $3500|East/Central)

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $2,800 to $3,500 (depending on relevant experiences)
• Paid Overtime

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm) & Alternate Sat (8am to 5pm)
• Working Location: East & Central

Responsibilities:

• Tracking and submission of documentation related to material movement (P.O / D.O). 
• Update reports on inventory and highlight any discrepancies. 
• Verify purchases and storage of inventory. 
• Facilitate enquiries with regards to office, equipment and inventory. 
• Allocate and direct manpower according to fleet schedule. 
• Submission and approval of personnel for clearance matters. 
• Generation and verification of temporary passes. 
• Ensure timely and accurate submissions of various documents. 
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as instructed by Logistics Manager.
