Responsibilities:

• Understand program interconnections across business units and identify potential business opportunities
• Develop strategies to enhance operational performance, monitor the effectiveness and assess outcomes 
• Lead Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs) aimed at workplace safety enhancement, automation, process optimization, Kaizen bursts, value stream mapping, quality improvement, productivity enhancement, data analytics, and storage optimization
• Engage customers through CIPs, project-related activities, and Operational Excellence (OpEx) meetings
• Establish, maintain, and refine LEAN system methods, tools, and standards across all value stream sections
• Lead LEAN work practices, including 6S methodologies and root cause analysis
• Foster maximum employee involvement and engagement in change projects 

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with a background in logistics
• Possession of Six Sigma (Black Belt) certification is a plus point 
• Experienced in LEAN, 6S, Standardized Work, Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Kaizen, with evidence of delivering sustainable results through Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs)
