Logistics Ops Executive

Our Client:

• Distributor of Marine Lubricating Oil.
• Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
• West - Penjuru (Company transport at Jurong East)
• Basic UP $3200 + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring vessel movement with agent and via Portnet system
• Liaise closely with customers, plant operator on order status and loading schedule
• Plan and deployment of task to driver and maintain smooth operation 
• Prioritize urgent request and ensure deliveries are made on time
• Prepare and check all shipping documents processing and ensure deliveries are fulfilled 
• Attend to customer’s enquiries and feedbacks
• Handle fleet of Prime Movers and drivers and to standby / handle 24/7 duty phone (rotation) during operations
   

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of logistics experience
