Logistics Optimization Analyst

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Logistics Optimization Analyst:

Job Responsibilities:

• Observe and evaluate logistics processes to identify operational pain points
• Translate observations into actionable problem statements and project scopes
• Conduct data analysis to uncover root causes, measure impacts, and support decisions with clear, data-backed recommendations
  
• Research and evaluate innovative technologies such as automation, predictive analytics, and IoT
• Propose and support the implementation of suitable digital solutions
• Assess and monitor the effectiveness of implemented technologies
• Manage logistics and digital transformation (DX) projects from planning to execution
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure successful and timely project delivery
• Understand system data flows and identify opportunities to improve logistics platforms
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to enhance system functionality and ensure data integrity
• Act as a liaison between operations and technical teams for DX initiatives
• Share insights and project outcomes with local and regional supply chain teams to promote best practices and alignment

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 1 - 2 years of experience in process improvement or data analysis (logistics/supply chain knowledge is advantageous)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, and Power Platform tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate)
  
• Familiar with warehouse and supply chain technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, IoT, AI/ML)
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams
• Understanding of WMS and ERP systems is a plus

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 4,200 + AWS + VB (1 - 2 Months)
• Working Location: Yishun
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Monday to Friday, 8.15am - 5.30pm
