Logistics & Order Fulfilment Specialist - West (5days, Global Fortune 500 MNC) - Exciting Challenge

Our client, a Global Fortune 500 MNC is hiring!

Job Scope

• Logistics & Customer service coordination with clients on all the shipment arrangement 
• Updating into system of the client request (Air or Sea Shipment)
• Creating Orders and input into system 
• Liaising with customers on their request and shipment details
• Order processing of orders with customers, troubleshoot of any shipment issues if any 
• Invoicing of customers upon every shipment done

Requirement 

• Diploma in any discipline
• With at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service/Order fulfilment, logistics coordination 
• Experience and well versed in freight management and land transport delivery if any 
• Good working attitude
