Logistics Support Assistant- Shipping (Based in Singapore)

Job responsibilities:

• Generate shipment documents.
• Ensure completeness of shipping documents.
• Daily export shipments coordination between internal staff and appointed freight forwarding company.
• Arrangement of cargo deliveries and collections.
• Shipping documents, filling, and archiving.
• Any other related projects/duties which are not indicated above will be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ Level/ITE or equivalent.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
• Able to work overtime if required.
