Job responsibilities:

· Maintain Warehouse Management System & housekeeping

· POD Filling

· Generate Shipping Documents

· Arrangement of cargo collections & deliveries

· Freight costing analysis

· Payment application

· Ad hoc duties as advised by Supervisor

Requirements:

· GCE 'O' Level/ ITE or equivalent

· Basic knowledge of incoterm

· Emailing & Communications skills

· Candidates with relevant experience advantageous

· Meticulous and able to work within tight schedule

· Basic Excel knowledge

· Able to work overtime if required
