Reporting to Lounge Supervisor/Manager
The Lounge Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, comfort, and smooth operation of the lounge while providing excellent customer service to guests. The role includes attending to guests’ needs, replenishing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily lounge operations.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner Ensure the lounge area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times Replenish food, beverages, snacks, utensils, and amenities promptly Clear used plates, cups, and tables efficiently Monitor buffet counters and inform kitchen staff when replenishment is required Attend to guest enquiries and requests promptly Maintain proper hygiene and food safety standards Assist in setting up and closing the lounge operations Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth operations Report any maintenance issues or guest complaints to the Supervisor Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and service standards Perform any other duties assigned by Management
