Low-Level C++ Developer - Singapore- Innovative Algo Trading

Summary

World-leading quantitative trading fund / HFT is seeking an elite C++ engineer to join one of their key teams in Singapore.

The successful engineer will play a key role in establishing and expanding the fund's presence in the APAC region, working directly with algo and operations teams as they look to build upon their success. This role offers exposure to both the technical and business aspects of trading, as well as giving you autonomy over the process of entering new markets.

The impact of this position is huge - the successful candidate will immediately contribute to the bottom line and be deeply involved in the ongoing process of optimizing existing trading markets.

Requirements

• Extensive C++ programming skills
• Proficiency working with UNIX operating systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Ability to describe software design at high and low levels (anywhere between the abstract interface and step-by-step algorithms)
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential
• Bonus points if you have worked on the development of market data and order entry systems
