[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) spearheads land transport developments in Singapore.
In support of this mission, the legal team at LTA handles various issues related to land transportation - ranging from emerging and disruptive land transport technology (such as electric vehicles, point-to-point transport and autonomous vehicles), the construction & maintenance of various infrastructure, the regulation of various industries related to land transportation (such as active mobility, public and private transport) ) to the prosecution of various land transport related offences.

You will be part of a dynamic team of prosecutors and legal counsels whose role is to enforce the various penal provisions in the legislation under LTA’s purview.
You will be involved in:
• preparing court papers for Prosecutors before and after court mentions;
• Prepare daily statistics on cases proceeded with, their court results and fines collected;
• Filing, receiving and returning of court papers /files to various users divisions;
• Recording and distributing of Investigation Files to prosecutors; and
• Uploading of Affidavits of Services onto ICMS for night court cases.

• Coordination and Administrative support for daily office operations
