[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]

You will play a vital role in supporting the Vehicle Quota & Registration division across a range of operational and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day vehicle registration processes and Certificate of Entitlement (COE) administration, ensuring that transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

You will also assist in tax audit and verification work, reviewing records, identifying discrepancies, and documenting findings to support follow-up actions. In addition, you will be responsible for arrears recovery efforts, including issuing letters of demand and payment reminders, as well as assessing debtors' asset status to determine appropriate recovery measures.

You will further support the handling of appeals and complaints by reviewing submissions and facilitating the resolution process in accordance with established guidelines.

You may be assigned other tasks as needed to support the team's objectives. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining effective and compliant operations across the division.

[What we are looking for]

• Knowledge in any discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Pleasant personality with a strong focus on customer service

• Knowledge of vehicle registration, COE administration, or related regulatory frameworks will be an advantage

• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail, particularly in audit, verification, and records review

• Good written and verbal communication skills for handling appeals, complaints, and correspondence

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• A meticulous and organised approach to work, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
