Machine Operator

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

POSITION PURPOSE:

 
Embossing team of Card Centre performs card personalization of Bank and NETS cards through the card personalization machines. The team ensures the daily required quantities of cards are fulfilled for the different Banks.   

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 
•    Responsible for performing card personalization at machines
•    Meeting Service Levels of customers (ensuring timeliness and accuracy at work). 
•    Planning and coordinating with the entire Production team
•    Performing stock taking of collaterals
•    Other ad-hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS:
•    Min. Education Level: Higher NITEC
•    Field of Study: Not applicable
•    Skills: Production
•    Language: English
•    Prior working experience in Production line would have an advantage
•    Comfortable in shift work and able to work half day on Saturday if required
•    Candidate must be comfortable working with machines
•    Candidate must be able to lift 5-10kg of goods
•    Should have basic computer literacy
