💰 Salary: $2,500 – $3,000 (based on experience)

Job Scope

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls

• Recommend suitable domestic helpers based on customer needs

• Arrange and coordinate helper interviews

• Prepare and process required documentation

• Follow up on applications and ongoing cases

• Coordinate deployment and onboarding arrangements

• Maintain proper records and case updates

Requirements

• CEI Certification is required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to manage administrative duties and follow-ups efficiently

• Prior maid agency experience will be an advantage

• Responsible, organised, and able to multitask
