Responsibilities

• Prepare and review spare parts list, ensuring critical spares availability and optimizing stock through CMMS TMQ-W.
• Maintain readiness of used equipment and components at all times, minimizing downtime due to spare part unavailability.
• Collaborate with production teams and contractors to analyze and enhance equipment reliability, preventing recurring issues.
• Manage in-house contractors efficiently to execute maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement routine maintenance schedules for plant equipment, including preventive maintenance and inspections coordinated with on-site contractors.
• Oversee annual shutdown maintenance activities, including liaising with contractors and production teams, and update long-term maintenance plans for facilities and utility equipment to ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• 3 years of maintenance engineering experience in plant and facilities within a chemical plant.
• Experience in maintaining pumps, compressors, blowers, boilers, chillers, and conveyors.
• Proficient in maintenance technology within a manufacturing process plant environment.
