Responsibilities

• Lead a team of specialists in the field of Systems, Network and Infrastructure, Applications and Physical Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control System and Intruder Detection System).

• Broad roles of the System and Engineering Team includes:
• Provide technical expertise as part of the tender team.
• Perform as Technical Manager for on-going projects.
• Provide root cause analysis for technical issues encountered for systems maintained by the company.

• Provide technical guidance to the System and Engineering Team.

• Responsible for quality and accuracy of technical documents produced by the System and Engineering Team.

• Provide technical expertise and contribute to establishing the direction for the application/networking architecture, standards, design and security of the proposed solution.

• Translate customer requirements and specifications, including system resiliency and security into system architecture and design.

• Evaluate the use of leading edge technology and methods, considering factors such as their long term effectiveness, practicality, technical limitations and criticality.

• Knowledge of inter-dependencies of the services (application, system, network and database) to check and raise gaps/inconsistencies of the solution.

Requirements

· Degree / Diploma in Information Technology / Electrical Engineering or related discipline

· Good analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills

· Good planning and organizational skills

· Good communication and interpersonal skill

· Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role

· Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· ITIL certification preferred

· Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in security CCTV/ surveillance system or related field will have advantage
