Maintenance Officer

Job Responsibilities: 

• Cleaning of centre premises and classrooms
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
• Emptying and cleaning bins
• Spot cleaning of spillages
• Cleaning desks, seats and white boards
• Cleaning toilet areas and replenishing toiletries
• Cleaning doors and windows
• Checking stock levels of cleaning materials
• Reporting all defects/hazards immediately to the caretaker or supervisor
• Assist with safe management measures
• Assist with deliveries when required
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Class 3 driving license
• Able to work on both weekends
• Able to work shift
• Able to travel between multiple centres
• A reasonable level of fitness
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Able to manage time effectively
• Ability to work both alone and in a team
• Awareness of health and safety procedures
