Responsibilities:

• Monitor the repair and maintenance of house facilities like Air Conditioning, Water Plumbing, M&E, Electrical Lighting System, Swimming Pool, etc.
• Make a report for any issue and suggest solution for the issue.
• Make sure maintenance schedule executed.
• Monitor actual vs budget for maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years directly related experience in facilities management.
• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other related fields
• Must be well-organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and exhibit an excellent customer service attitude.
• Have strong integrity.
