Maintenance Technician (Petrochemical Chemical Oil & Gas Mechanical) - West - Positive Work Cultur

Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine maintenance and repair jobs on the location while following OEM manuals, company standards, and maintenance work procedures to assure site quality, asset integrity, and operability.
• Reporting problems with the site's facilities, obtaining permits, doing job safety analyses, using lock-out, tag-out, and DOSCE (Defeat of Safety Critical Equipment) during maintenance activities, as well as participating in the assessment of maintenance records.
• Maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management System's (CMMS) task execution, reporting to supervisors, and tracking work progress.
• Routine safety drills, work orders, troubleshooting, and failure analysis, as well as aiding with the execution of Capex projects.
• Managing inventory and housekeeping to become an organization that is prepared for the future.

Requirements:

• With Degree/ITE related in maintenance and work experience in same industry
• Proficient with, and familiarity with, assets, terminal equipment, and maintenance and inspection operations.
• Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and practices.
