Management Executive (Automotive industry) - Contract role Salary $3K neg

Management Executive (11 months contract) 
- Working hours : 8.30 am to 6 pm                                                                        - Working days : Monday to Friday
 

The role is overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as managing various over and above services for fleet of vehicles.

Job Responsibilities;

• Key Responsibilities:
  Verify vehicle servicing job sheets and ensure all documents tally with the job performed.
  Liaise with contractors to rectify any errors and ensure compliance with maintenance standards.
  Endorse and submit documents to relevant authorities for approval.
  Monitor maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  Prepare and send out monthly servicing schedules to contractors and business units.
  Manage additional services such as engine overhaul, tow truck/crane standby, and collection/return of vehicles.
  Oversee accident and ad hoc repairs, ensuring accuracy of pricing and documentation.
  Coordinate surveyor appraisals for accident repairs.

• Requirements;                                                                                           2-3 years of relevant experience in fleet management and billing processes will be a bonus.                                                                              Familiarity with procurement processes and budget management.
  Excellent communication and coordination skills.
