Location - Sembawang

Working Hour – Monday to Thurdsday: 8.30am – 6:00pm

Fridays: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Contract – 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting administrative duties such as processing financial documents according to guidelines given.
Performing Administrative tasks in ensuring records are up to date and is captured in the system.
Supporting the procuring process and submission of documents
Communicating with Clients to obtain relevant documents

Requirements:

Passionate and good communication skills
Proactive and Problem-Solving Skills
Administrative work experience
