Job Description
- providing administrative support for sector trainings administering vignette assessments to certify users.
- developing a training video
- providing ad-hoc support for queries raised.
- Conduct inter-rater reliability tests to support validation of the assessment tool. Perform data collection, entry and coding including liaising and working with partners to analyse data.
Skills/Competency Required:
- Diploma in Psychology, Sociology or Social Work.
- Basic knowledge in Excel. Experience with statistical software such as SPSS would be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and possess good communication and engagement skills.
Any prior working experience involving client assessment tools is welcomed.
