Management Reporting Analyst (Open to Big 4 Insurance Auditors)

An international General Insurance firm is looking to hire aManagement Reporting Analyst to join their Finance team in Singapore. This is a strong opportunity for candidates coming from either an in-house insurance finance background or Big 4 external audit with exposure to insurance clients.

The role will support financial and management reporting activities across the business, partnering closely with regional and local stakeholders to support reporting accuracy, analysis and business performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare monthly head office reports, financial analysis and variance commentary for senior management
2. Assist with financial close activities and reporting deliverables
3. Work closely with business stakeholders to provide insights on financial performance and trends
4. Support regulatory and statutory reporting where required
5. Participate in process improvement and finance transformation initiatives
6. Liaise with auditors and support year-end audit processes

Requirements

1. 2+ years of relevant experience withininsurance industry - finance, management reporting, FP&A or external audit
2. Open to candidates from Big 4 audit firms with insurance audit exposure
