The client, a well-known restaurant that offers gourmet menus of exceptional value in a wide variety of restaurant concepts together with a catering arm. Presently, they seek qualified candidates to fill the position as Restaurant Management Trainee who is committed to delivering end-to-end customer-centric service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Address any concerns from guests in order to provide them the best level of service to generate potential future reservations.
• Arrange for staff duty cleaning rosters & facilitate the central kitchen entire operations during scheduled shifts.
• Assist in creating & executing sales, profits & staff progression proposals, replying to emails & maintain filing system.
• Ensure the strict compliance by all production staff to the company's standard operating procedures & uniform standards.
• Performing e-procurement & updating goods received note.
• Train & coach new trainees during orientation period.
• Any other relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Qualifications: (NITEC in F&B)/Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree
• Need to converse fluently in Mandarin (required to liaise with Chinese counterparts)

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location                              : Island wide
• Working Days/Hours          : 5 days rostered (10am to 10pm OR 11am to 10pm)
• Salary : Up to $3,000 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
