Our Client, in the Fashion Industry in Singapore has opening for Management Trainee (Retail)

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customers satisfaction
• Maintain store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Monitor store operation performance and ensure that inventory flow, demands and staff coaching are of standard.
• To ensure all products are well stocked and follow merchandise display standards

Information:

• This is a well known and biggest retail sports wear company in Singapore with more than 30 outlets across.
• Management trainee meaning you will be here to train to become a manager of the shop in 2 years of this programme. It a permanent job.
• As a newly joined, you will need to go through the whole programme of training starting from basics in order to run the whole operations and handle your team member in the near future.

1) You will start to serve walk-in customers

2) Handle cashier

3) Merchandising display

4) Maintain shop image

As times goes you will learned to;

1) Plan working schedules

2) Indent stocks

3) Manage a team of 4-5 retail assistant

Requirement:

• Possess good interpersonal, communication skills and leadership qualities
• Strong passion for customer service
• Minimum 3-6 Months of retail experience
