Job Description - MANAGEMENT TRAINNEE

Management Trainee

  • Complete structured training across all restaurant operations.
  • Learn and perform Front-of-House duties including customer service, cashiering, and order management.
  • Gain exposure to Kitchen Operations, food preparation, food safety, and quality control.
  • Assist in daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service and operational excellence.
  • Support manpower scheduling and team supervision.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve service issues.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and operational documentation.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and business improvement initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Passion for the F&B industry and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with leadership potential.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
