Job Summary

Manage and oversee daily beauty salon operations to ensure excellent customer service, staff coordination, inventory control, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Support sales initiatives and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily beauty salon operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction

• Address and resolve customer feedback to enhance client experience and loyalty
• Monitor inventory levels and place timely orders for salon supplies to prevent shortages
• Support sales and promotional activities by assisting with execution and reporting results
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards to comply with regulatory and company policies
• Work independently to manage tasks and respond to operational needs promptly
• Adapt work schedule to include weekends and public holidays as required to meet business demands
