This is a unique opportunity for an actuarial specialist looking to transition into a strategic internal audit position with long-term leadership potential.

• Plan, direct, and execute comprehensive audit programs across core business divisions.

• Evaluate internal control effectiveness and deliver actionable risk-mitigation insights to business leaders.

• Prepare clear audit findings and reports for presentation to executive stakeholders.

• Collaborate across lines of defense to identify emerging risks and advise on key business initiatives.

• Mentor junior team members while progressively building the capacity to step into an audit lead role.

Skills and experience required

• At least 6 to 8 years of relevant actuarial experience, ideally in Life or Health insurance.

• Solid understanding of risk management principles, internal control systems, or data analytics capabilities.

• Strong strategic thinking, high attention to detail, and sound analytical judgment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
