Job Description - Manager / Assistant Manager, Innovation Office

You will implement and manage the Hospital’s innovation projects. You will oversee strategic projects that support hospital transformation efforts and execute training programmes in nurturing and promoting innovation culture in the Hospital. You will also be part of the SingHealth cluster-level innovation committee and lead a team to facilitate partnerships and collaborations within and outside the cluster. In addition, you will be involved in developing and implementing innovative initiatives by supporting grant call activities and awarded innovation projects.  

 

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in healthcare, project management and/or innovation-related work
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Proactive self-starter, highly motivated and adaptable to change
  • Outstanding leadership skills with a solid track record of building and developing high performance teams
