Manager, Business Development & Projects - Hiring Immediately

Responsibility 

• Develop and execute business growth strategies and project management for the organization.
• Create acquisition and retention strategies for successful client onboarding and long-term relations.
• Develop and execute sales action plans incorporating key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Execute and manage projects arising from business partnerships. 
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success. 
• Collaborate with marketing and membership teams on launches, promotions, and campaigns, aligning strategies for maximum sales impact.
• Maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns through project focused solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Assessing potential risks and challenges associated with new ventures or strategies and developing mitigation plans.
• Prepare reports on business development activities, project progress and outcomes for management review.

Requirement 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
• Prior experience in business development, project development, or related roles.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs, priorities, and challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multistakeholder teams to achieve business goals.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, lead generation, and relationship building.
