Key Roles and Responsibilities

The role contributes to business improvement initiatives across functions by supporting the analysis, planning, and implementation of solutions that drive productivity and operational effectiveness. The role operates within established governance structures and provides analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.

• Develop and implement operational and organizational capability-building plans aligned with the company's strategy.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams in analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to improve operational performance.
• Support the deployment of Lean and other operational excellence methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to embed operational excellence practices into day-to-day operations and project execution.
• Support the execution of change initiatives, including governance tracking, reporting, communications, and coordination across stakeholders.
• Facilitate the adoption of new systems, processes, and procedures across teams.
• Identify and support digitalization initiatives that improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate training and innovation programs to strengthen organizational capabilities and industry positioning.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. 
• Experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or project management will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of Lean and other continuous improvement methodologies will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Singapore's energy market and broader energy landscape will be an advantage.
