Job Description - Manager Channel Marketing

Team Leadership \u0026 Development: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of marketing professionals. Set clear goals, manage performance, and foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and delivers on key business objectives. Strategic Marketing \u0026 Planning: Strategize, develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market and channel marketing plans that align with regional/global strategy and sales objectives. Collaborate with key stakeholders including Channel Sales, Account Managers, Global SI BMs and Product/Business units to ensure strategic alignment. Partner Enablement \u0026 Execution: Lead the execution of marketing, enablement, and engagement initiatives for all channel partners including distributors, channel partners, ISVs and Global SI. This includes advocating product launches, creating targeted campaigns and content, planning events, and educating and executing with partners on new promotions and programs. Performance, Reporting \u0026 ROI: Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing plans against objectives. Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide detailed reporting to determine ROI and optimize investments. Budget \u0026 Project Management: Manage the annual marketing budget, including MDF/COOP funds, and oversee the approval of all related projects. Track all partner marketing activities using program management tools (e.g., Vistex) and ensure all planning and spent are on a timely manner. Stakeholder \u0026 Relationship Management: Act as a strategic partner to internal sales and management teams, building strong relationships to expand account penetration. Proactively consult with partners to suggest marketing approaches that accelerate revenue generation. Customer \u0026 Market Insights: Gather and deliver \"Voice of the Customer\" insights to inform and improve the development of marketing programs and address evolving business needs. Bachelor\u0027s degree or equivalent with business or marketing focus 8 to 10+ years as a marketing strategist in a B-B corporate-based marketing position Fluent in English and Mandarin is preferred as this role would work with partners based in China who may not be able to communicate in English. In-depth knowledge of distribution (IT and Value Add) and partner routes-to-market Experience transforming business objectives into marketing goals/strategies Experience in product, solution and vertical marketing, including integrated campaign development Demonstrated ability to drive decisions, deliver results on short timelines, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Understanding of channel GTM readiness and financial health of the channel
