Manager (Chinese Physician)

Job Description:

• Provide Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) consultation, diagnosis, and treatment to patients.
• Lead and supervise the clinic's daily operations and staff.
• Ensure high standards of patient care and service quality.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patients' conditions.
• Maintain accurate patient medical records.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
• Handle patient feedback and resolve operational issues.
• Support business development and promote the clinic's services.

Requirements:

• Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Physician.
• Relevant TCM qualification and valid practicing license.
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
