Job title - Manager, Commercial APAC, Health Nutrition & Care Location - Singapore We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Manager to lead our Health Nutrition and Care business across the APAC region. In this pivotal role, you will drive commercial strategy for lipids, vitamins and innovation products. Your Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve business objectives, sales and profitability targets in APAC Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customers in the lipids and vitamins space Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain & operations, customer care, sales and marketing) to deliver customer-centric solutions. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial terms. You Bring: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, food technology, or related field 12+ years in sales and marketing and/or commercial experience in the nutrition space, including nutritional lipids, food ingredients, or adjacent B2B sectors within APAC Understanding of lipids industry and APAC markets, in-depth knowledge of products and applications preferred Proven success operating in a global matrix and working cross-functionally to deliver business objectives, sales and profitability targets Positive, collaborative spirit under highly challenging and complex situations, able to deliver high quality work under pressure About dsm-firmenich At dsm-firmenich, we don't just meet expectations - we go beyond them.
