Manager - Cyber Assessment Centre

As the Manager (Cyber Assessment Centre), you are expected to oversee the daily operations of the Assessment Centre, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for all test-takers. You are also expected to schedule, administer processes to ensure Centre’s operational readiness and assessment effectiveness to meet organisation objective.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate, schedule and administer participants from different requesting agencies for the conduct of the Cyber Competency Selection Test.


• Ensure the operational readiness of the Assessment Centre


• Schedule and manage recurring maintenance for the IT systems of the assessment centre, and all supporting infrastructure, inclusive of Aircon and Building facilities.


• Ensure minimal disruption to the conduct of the Cyber Competency Selection Test, and is able to troubleshoot basic technical issues and maintain the Centre’s functionality.


• Lead be able to lead and manage a senior executive in assist with the Centre’s operations.

What You Will Bring

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role, ideally in a similar setting, is preferred.


• Possess knowledge in Information Technology or related field, with basic IT Networking knowledge


• Strong organisational skills


• Good customer service orientation


• Ability to work independently with strong initiative and adaptability.
