In this role you will:

• Work with cross-functional senior stakeholders to generate business analysis/insights improve commercial outcomes


• Machine learning model building to:

1. 
   
   
   
   • 
     
     
     
     1. Sharpen targeting of customers/producers who need enhanced monitoring
     
     
     2. Improve/automate existing workflows
     
     
     
     
   
   
   
   

• Build or enhance dashboards to better measure effectiveness of all customer outreach initiatives, producer’s productivity, etc..


• Work with data engineers to enhance and/or fix errors in tables within data marts and data warehouse


• Identify new triggers or enhance existing triggers to improve customer engagement/targeting


• Continuously identify better ways of working within the team, this includes but not limited to automation of existing scripts or workflows


• Manage end-to-end implementation of campaigns (requirement gathering, base sizing, rollout of leads, sending out communications, tracking of initiatives effectiveness, campaign fulfillment)

To be successful you will need:

• Deep hands-on experience in Python and BigQuery is mandatory


• Strong experience doing business analysis and presentation of insights to stakeholders


• Hands on experience building dashboards


• Experience in enterprise level development and deployment of machine learning models is a huge advantage.


• Experience in insurance industry is a plus
