Manager - Demand Generation - Urgent Position

Job Purpose

The Demand Generation Manager is a key member of the strategic marketing team in charge of maximizing the group’s product and service’s awareness to target customers across different geographies and segments, using various platforms and channels such as internet search engine, trade show, events and seminars, trade publications and social media etc. She or he will have a direct impact on business in new customer acquisition and increased project pipelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with business leader and team to craft demand generation program plan and strategy
• Execute or co-ordinate demand generation programs that may include trade show, seminars, editorial/advertisement placement, digital campaign (SEO/SEM/social media)
• Analyze and evaluate various’ program’s ROI and drive continuous improvement.
• Shape marketing funnel to increase conversion rate.
• Create best practice sharing among different business groups in lead generation.
• Lead or participate in customer experience improvement projects to increase customer loyalty and promotion score.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s in engineering, Marketing, Business Administration
• Analytical, creative, result driven problem solver.
• Strong business acumen.
• Minimum 8 years of total working experience with at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, comfortable in an ambiguous environment.
• Experience in similar industry - Manufacturing
• Able to travel for overseas exhibition.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders)
