Job Description

The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

1. Digital Product Development & Journey Optimization

  • Define user journeys and experience principles for digital onboarding solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding journey from a customer experience perspective.
  • Drive improvements in digital onboarding journeys by identifying inefficiencies, reducing friction, and digitizing manual steps.
  • Gather, define, and manage business requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
  • Work closely with Business Units, Risk, Technology and Operations teams to design and implement enhancements.
  • Translate customer insights (VoC, complaints, research, frontline feedback) and support prioritization of backlog items into actionable improvements.

2. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and analyze onboarding journey performance
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend data-driven improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor user adoption and contribute to post-implementation performance reviews to ensure expected outcomes are achieved.

3. Implementation & Production Support

  • Support end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including requirements, testing, and implementation.
  • Assist in ensuring release readiness, including validation, stakeholder alignment and go-live activities.
  • Support training, user guidance, and communication efforts to drive adoption of digital onboarding platforms.
  • Manage and track production issues, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and escalation where required.
  • Collaborate with Technology teams to perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
  • Support initiatives to enhance system stability and minimize operational disruptions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital product management, business analysis, onboarding journeys, or process improvement roles.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with exposure to digital platforms and workflows.
  • Background in financial services (banking, insurance) is advantageous.
