Objectives of Position

Budgeting; Bus Tender; Monthly Rolling Forecast and Q&A

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and conduct financial review of Forecast / Annual Budget.
• Prepare budget package, budget board paper and supporting documents for submission. 
• Monthly rolling forecast.
• Tender and Project costing
• Compilation of Q&A
• Liaise with department users on all issues related to financial planning, operational measures and controls
• Other adhoc project / assignment as and when required by Company 

Job Specifications Minimum Education / Qualifications

• Professional accountancy membership or degree in accounting
• 5 years of relevant working experience in Finance or accounting preferably have experience in budgetary, project costing, operation process and shared services environment. 
• Experience in SAP. 
• Knowledge of IBM Cognos TM1 will be an added advantage. 
• Proficient in Ms Office application, particularly in Excel.
