Our Opportunity
Restaurant Brands International is seeking a high-caliber, strategically minded professional to join our Asia Pacific team as Manager, Franchising. This role plays a critical part in shaping RBI’s long-term growth trajectory across the region by structuring and executing strategic partnerships with large master franchise organizations.
The Franchising Manager will be responsible for evaluating, negotiating, and implementing franchising and investment transactions that align with RBI’s brand and financial objectives. The role requires a balance of financial rigor, legal awareness, and stakeholder influence. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of corporate strategy, capital markets, and franchise operations – driving mutually beneficial growth while ensuring long-term brand integrity and financial sustainability.
This position requires the ability to negotiate effectively with sophisticated external counterparties while simultaneously building alignment and conviction among internal senior leadership and investment committees.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.
