Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the entire annual report and sustainability report production process, including engagement of external consultants, managing various internal departments to provide required information for the reports
• Assist in the quarterly and yearly results announcements, such as investor presentation, press release, FAQ, management script, and relevant follow-ups
• Curate content to enhance the Company’s profiling through media releases, announcements, corporate website, social media platforms and other communication materials
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as research analysts, investment community, as well as media
• Organise and plan investor outreach including results briefings and site tours, conferences roadshows, and networking events 
• Assist in sustainability reporting and initiatives such as GRESB etc
• Monitor industry news and provide market intelligence to Management 

Requirements

• Degree in Communication, Business or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience in investor relations with a listed company 
• Excellent analytical ability, strong writing and communication skills
