Manager (IT and Special Projects) - Room for Advancement

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build, enhance and maintain the Home’s IT Technology Infrastructure and Systems, and to execute related projects so as to deliver quality service to the Home’s end-users
• Ensure that the IT solutions are in place (hardware, software, systems, applications, and networks) are working efficiently and effectively to deliver quality service to the Home’s end-users
• Implement new or upgrade of IT Solutions with consultation with end-users and with minimal disruption, incorporating all aspects including but not limited to gathering of user’s requirements, change management, users’ training, data preparation, migration and post-implementation systems support and reviews
• Ensure IT assets are well documented and in compliance with licensing and vendor support arrangements
• Respond to service outrages in a timely manner, investigating and diagnosing IT hardware, software or application problems to resolve and recover the service as soon as possible
• Ensure that the IT environment and solutions are deployed in a way to meet Information Security requirements such as confidentiality, integrity and availability 
• Manage the performance of vendors to ensure their quality of delivery and service levels are as contracted
• Provide guidance to end-users on access to their computers and approved systems and attend to any difficulties that users may have

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor  in computer science or other related field 
• At least 5 years of experience leading infrastructure technical team
